K1 Interview Arrangements：
Details for K1 interviews will be sent by post on October 14th. Should parents not receive the notice by October 16th, please contact us at 2499 8832 for assistance.

N1 Interview Arrangements：
Details for N1 interviews will be sent by post on November 16th. Should parents not receive the notice by November 18th, please contact us at 2499 8832 for assistance.
   
In addition to the application, please note the following :
  1. Please mark “N1 Application” or “K1 Application” on the envelope.
  2. One passport-sized photo should be affixed onto the application.
  3. Please submit four self-addressed, stamped ($2.4) envelopes. Your child's name should be written on the lower left corner of each envelope.
  4. Please submit a copy of child's birth certificate.
  5. The application fee of $40 must be paid by cheque, payable to Kwan Chi Kindergarten Limited.
  6. Each child may only submit ONE application.


All documents submitted will not be returned once submitted.


NOTE: Children born between September and December 2025 applying for N1 and applicants for K2 and K3 should submit applications by post to be waitlisted for a possible opening in the future.
(Applications should be postmarked between the 7th and 16th of October 2026. Application fees should *NOT* be submitted.)
